16-12-16 / TRAINING AND EXTENDED VALUE STREAM MAPS.

Training and Extended Value Stream Maps. The sectorial experts of the project participate in the course taught by UPM (as expert in Lean&Green). In this course the attendees learnt how to analysis the processes of each sector by the Lean and Green methodology. The results of this training were the Extended Value Stream Maps developed for each sector of the project.
